1. Scope
These terms govern vendors or partners (“Vendor”) who promote, resell, or integrate WA API FBG services.
2. Authorization
Vendors are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to market WA API FBG services as per agreed terms.
3. Branding & Representation
Vendors must:
Represent the platform accurately
Avoid false claims or guarantees
Follow approved branding guidelines
4. Client Onboarding
Vendors are responsible for:
Correct customer information
Explaining WhatsApp policy requirements
Ensuring lawful usage by referred clients
5. Compliance Responsibility
Vendors must ensure their clients follow:
WhatsApp & Meta policies
Anti-spam regulations
Data protection laws
WA API FBG is not responsible for vendor-client disputes.
6. Revenue & Payments
Commission or pricing terms are governed by separate commercial agreements. Payments are subject to successful service usage and compliance.
7. Confidentiality
Vendors must protect:
Platform details
Pricing
Client data
Technical documentation
8. Termination
WA API FBG may terminate vendor access for:
Policy violations
Misrepresentation
Non-compliance
Reputational risk
