3. User Eligibility
You must:

Have authority to represent your business
Provide accurate and complete information during signup
4. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance
Users must comply with:
WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies
Meta Platform Policies
Local laws and regulations
WA API FBG is not responsible for account suspension or message rejection caused by policy violations or low-quality messaging practices.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Send spam, unsolicited, or misleading messages
Violate customer privacy or consent laws
Use the platform for illegal or prohibited activities
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
7. Payments & Subscription
Fees are charged as per the selected plan
Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
Pricing may change with prior notice
8. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party dependencies (including Meta services).
9. Limitation of Liability
WA API FBG shall not be liable for:
Loss of data
Business interruption
Message delivery failures caused by WhatsApp/Meta
Indirect or consequential damages
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, policies, or misuse of the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
